The beans are meticulously hand-harvested and washed to eliminate the surrounding cherry before undergoing a decaffeination process involving a series of soaks and rinses in pristine mountain water. Through this natural method, over 99% of the naturally-occurring caffeine in the beans is removed while preserving the essential flavor compounds.
